Return Policy

Returns

1. There is no return or exchange of goods after goods received.  -Due to the sensitive nature of our products, items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days from the date it is received. No replacements will be made after this 3-day period. We highly recommend that you open your shipment and test your item(s) as soon as you receive it.  After that, the product warranty will be followed by the manufacturer or the sole distributor directly until the validity end.

2. If you find that the goods are damaged (excluding incorrect use or man-made damage), quality problems, omissions or wrong delivery of the products, etc. after you receive the goods, you can apply for replacement.  -Replacement of a defective or short-ship product is subject to our evaluation and final approval by our returns department. We are not responsible for any risk and/or liability resulting from the wrong use of any goods.

Merchandise purchased through Amars via amarsnet website, which qualifies for return may be returned to Amars Limited. You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, by contacting us via email (info@amarsnet.com) or whatsapp (852-6339 2529).  Please indicate the "RMA" number in the subject for those communication afterward, and provide the relevant order number, the name of the commodity to be returned, the photo, and the quantity related. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee implemented. An RMA is valid for only 7 days. The RMA numbers should be showed and displayed in label or document on the shipping box when goods returned.

Please note, refunds will only be applied and issued to buyer if we determine a product to be defective due to manufacturing or an incorrect product was shipped.

For overseas buyer, all returns or exchanges for any other reason, shipping and insurance charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you choose not to insure your package, we will not be held responsible for any damage or loss.

For any incorrect products you receive, we will exchange at no additional cost upon verification. All items being exchanged must be in original, perfect, re-saleable condition, and must include all original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. Order discrepancies must be reported within 3 days after you receive your items. We do offer in-store credit only for future orders, should you not wish to do an exchange.
