Ordering Information

Our customers can order products through the commercial shopping cart set up on this website directly.  You can inquire through voice calls, Whatsapp, and WeChat calls, as well as email or fax to our company to request for a company quotation.

Welcome to purchase in the name of individuals or purchase for companies, educational institutions, social welfare groups, government departments, etc.!  If institutional customers need a formal quotation, or inquire about ordering matters, our company will have a dedicated person to contact and follow up.  Government department customers are welcome to purchase with Purchasing Card!  For long-term and large-volume purchases, please call to inquire about quantity discounts as well as free shipping details.

Please send the relevant "payment slip" or "transfer copy" via Whatsapp back to our company's phone number (6339 2529) after entering the order confirmation for review.  For corporate customers can apply for payment by company cheque and/or cash on delivery if they can provide company-related information in advance.  For your reference, we have been registered in the register of material suppliers of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government.  All government departments, public organizations, and social welfare organizations are welcome to use "Purchasing Card" (採購咭) for purchase and payment.


Shipping Products

We ship orders during normal business days: Monday through Friday except public holidays. Currently, we do not process any shipments during the weekends or holidays.  However, you may contact us for “special pick-up”. Please ensure that your order information is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.

We use all available shipping methods such as post office or carriers as our only shipping medium, unless otherwise requested and approved by us.

NOTE: All orders are processed upon payment receipt.  Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and payment verification.  Normal processing can take 3-7 working days or even more, depending on the stock availability, and only upon verification and approval, for your merchandise be processed and shipped out.  You assume all risk of loss for shipped products if the address provided is incorrect.

Local delivery

Hong Kong (local): Free local postage or delivery fee for orders over HK$1,000 (only in urban areas and commercial areas)!

NOTE: Our company will make suitable delivery arrangements based on the delivery address and time.

  • Delivery in urban residential areas and commercial areas: Generally, it will be delivered by post, courier or delivery staff during office hours.
  • It can be sent to the New Territories, suburbs, and outlying islands (depending on whether the courier company may deliver), and the consignee's freight is required.
  • Generally, it takes 3-7 days to send, depending on the distance, order quantity, weight, volume and inventory situation.


Local to pick up:  Customers can also choose to pick up the goods at our company: you can pick up the goods at our company on the pre-appointed date and time. From the subway Taikoo Station (Exit A1) near the exit, walk slowly for 3-5 minutes to arrive.

We have instituted certain authentication procedures at our pick-up location. To ensure a seamless and trouble-free experience when picking up your orders, we require that you or your authorized representative to present the A4 digital copy print out of the order confirmation and proof of payment (i.e. Pay Pal record and bank in slip).

At the time of pickup, you, or the payment provider, must present the store or pick-up location with a digital copy of the order confirmation and the actual payment method info. Only identified individuals matching our records are authorized to pick up merchandise. Merchandise will not be released to individuals unless all required documents and identification are present.

We reserve the right to withhold releasing merchandise in any circumstances where the documentation provided does not match applicable payment information or the information provided at the point of order confirmation.

Products not be picked up within 7 working days, the ordered merchandise will be returned to inventory. A refund for 80% of the purchase amount will then be made to the purchaser, while the entire 20% will be charged as handling cost. We do not guarantee availability of the product after it has been returned to inventory.


Overseas Shipment Overseas: If the buyer needs to mail to overseas, you can choose to use the local Hongkong post service, airmail to overseas, or designate a courier company (eg: DHL, FedEx, SF, etc). Because the postage depends on the country and the weight of the mail. You can contact us to confirm the postage before payment so that the bill can be paid together. If the buyer (consignee) chooses express delivery and has a public express account, please provide account information, and the consignee can choose to pay for "Freight Collect".


  • If the customer orders online and completes the payment, due to various reasons, the company ultimately fails to complete the delivery, we will return the full amount to the buyer.
  • When you receive the goods, please check that the product and quantity are correct before signing for it. Relevant complaints will not be accepted after receipt.


Unconfirmed Orders

We may have to contact the customer in order to resolve a problem with verification of payment information, or clarify some other billing or shipping address issue.  Please note that while we will always do our utmost best to reach you by phone and e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely.  If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled, so please be sure to provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you in a timely fashion, should the need arise.
